Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your L:a Bruket coastal skincare, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the products are securely packed in their original box and include the completed return form provided during your initial authorization.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
